Your lucious post is my reminder...it's time to put up me own batches of jam. This season, I'll do strawberry as you did. I also will do a sweet zucchini relish and apricot jalapeno jam. I've been away from the garden and kitchen too long, doing a bunch of quilting and simply being slow to move. If one thing does not suffer, another does; however...it's all good!
